Meet Lighthouse Executive Chef Will Boothe

Everybody say hello to our new executive chef, Will Boothe! Will traveled all the way up here from Memphis, Tennessee, just to go to culinary school—and, of course, to skate Burnside Park. After a three-year stint as The Woodsman Tavern’s sous chef, Will decided to come run the burners at The Lighthouse, where he plans on creating the best comfort food money can buy. But he also has some tricks up his flannel sleeves, inspired by his days growing up in one of the best food cities in the U.S.
